No Returns or Refunds Policy

Macks Marketing does not accept returns or provide refunds for any purchases. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will replace it free of charge.

Conditions for a Free Replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • We may require photo or video evidence of the issue before approving a replacement.

How to Request a Replacement:

Contact us via email (info@macksmarketing.com) or call our hotline +94 11 4 846 668 within 7 days. Our team will verify the issue and provide a replacement approval if eligible. We will arrange the replacement at no cost to you, including courier charges.

Exchange Policy

Macks Marketing does not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or other products. However, in the unlikely event that you receive:

  • A damaged or defective item, or
  • A product different from what you ordered,

we will provide a free replacement of the same product.

Important Notes:

All claims for defective or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery. The replacement process takes approximately 14 days from the date we receive your request. If the returned product is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the replacement. Once an order is shipped, we cannot accommodate changes to the delivery address.

Additional Terms
